Medford 4th Ward Youth Coast Trip

All the youth met at the church to establish rides. I went in the Burrnets car with Stewart, Nathain (Nate), Natasha, and Rylie. On the way we stopped at  a food store were Brother Burrnet got us peanut butter M&Ms and Nate bought us peach rings. Then we drove the three and a half miles to Harris beach.
We arrived at the girls campsite around 9:00pm and then boys left for their campsite about 20 min. away. We set up our tents while Sister Abernathy (Young woman Pres.) and Sister Vial (Young Woman 2nd counsler) warmed up our soup for dinner. After we finished dinner we sat around the campfire and played a game called football, that has nothing to do with a football. The only bad but funny thing was that there is a certain time (10:00pm) when you haft to keep your voice down to a whisper and well we didn't follow that rule so a camp host had to come into our campsite to tell us to be quite. Then we set up our beds and called it a night.

Sister Barlow, Tierza, Rylie, Kamery, Natasha, Amber and Holly all slept in this tent.

Sister Vial, Taryn and Me slept in this tent.

It was pretty cold in the morning with lots of fog, so we decided to make a nice warm fire.

Well, Sister Barlow and Tierza decided that some girls in the tent were taking to long so they collapsed the tent, but of course Tierza being the nice person she is went in through the (now flat) door and proped up the tent while the girls got their stuff out.

Then after every one got out we folded up the tent and put it away along with the rest of the tents.

Here is Kamery packing up her stuff.

I don't know about you, but to me it looks like Rylie is about to get someone.

And now she looks like the funny person she is going crazy over lip gloss in a "bubble" container.

We reunited with the boys around 10:15am and went down to the beach.  Stewart (with a wet suit), Nate, Brandon, Kamery and Me were the only ones who went up to our waists in the ocean and Kamery and I went even farther.
Around noon we ate subway sandwhiches for lunch. Then almost everyone got their swim suits on and we went swiming in the ocean. It was an awesome coast trip. I hope that we do another one again in a year or two.

 P.S.

Here is Sister Barlow giving me "the look"

That's It
